The Supreme Court has thrown out a more than $79.5 million judgment against the Philip Morris tobacco company. The widow of a longtime smoker had successfully sued the company for fraud, for deceiving her husband about the dangers of smoking. Richard Hasen, a law professor at Loyola Law School, talks with Madeleine Brand.
