JetBlue has unveiled a new "customer bill of rights" as it tries to recover from severe service delays due to last week's snow storms. The plan includes adjusting schedules ahead of bad weather, and upgrading its communications system. Marketplace's Amy Scott talks with Madeleine Brand.
