Congress Mulls Firing of Federal Prosecutors

The House and Senate are each investigating whether the Justice Department acted properly when it fired at least eight federal prosecutors a few months ago. Four of the ousted attorneys spoke to the Senate Judiciary Committee Tuesday. Dahlia Lithwick, legal analyst for Day to Day and the online magazine Slate, talks with Madeleine Brand.
