A federal raid on a garment factory in New Bedford, Mass., took in more than 300 undocumented workers. Dozens of children have been thrust on social workers and charities as a result of the arrests. Boston Globe reporter Brian Ballou is covering the story and sets the scene for Renee Montagne.
