Fashion Week Puts Dallas on the Couture Map
High-end fashion may not immediately come to mind when you think of Dallas. But the city is slowly becoming a real couture magnet, thanks to the city's Fashion Week. It's attracting top designers like Coco Chanel, Oscar de la Renta and others.
