The New York City-based Toys in Trouble are a high-energy trio influenced by rock 'n' roll, punk and The Muppets.

Band members, Jim Twerell (vocals, guitar), Kevin Bova (vocals, bass) and Dave Appelman (drums), played in a number of groups for years before forming Toys in Trouble in 2005.

Produced by Don Fury (Sonic Youth, Helmet, Quicksand), their self-released debut One-Armed Jack has the energy of the band's live shows.

Their music has been featured on dozens of college radio stations as well as several film soundtracks.
