Changes Coming in Bishops' Sex-Abuse Policy

Under pressure from the pope, Catholic bishops revise proposals for church policy on sex-abuse allegations against the clergy. Bishops will vote on changes later this month, but emerging details dismay critics. NPR's Duncan Moon reports.
