New L.A. Police Chief Declares War on Graffiti

New Los Angeles Police Chief William Bratton targets graffiti artists. Similar efforts were much praised during Bratton's tenure as New York City's top cop, but Los Angeles poses new challenges. NPR's Mandalit DelBarco reports.
