Hebron Ambush Targeted Soldiers, Settlers

Islamic Jihad claims responsibility for an ambush in a Hebron alley that kills 12 people. Three of the dead are Jewish settlers. The rest were Israeli soldiers and police. Three Palestinian gunmen also died. Hear more from NPR's John Ydstie and NPR's Jackie Northam.
