Robert Siegel speaks with Dr. Khidir Hamza, a nuclear physicist who headed Iraq's nuclear weapons program before he defected to the West in 1994. Hamza says the best way for U.N. inspectors to discover if Iraq has illegal weapons programs is for them to select scientists and tell Iraq to send them and their families out of the country where they can speak freely to inspectors about their work. Such authority is provided in the U.N. resolution.
