Charged with lying under oath in a text message sex scandal, Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick turned himself in to authorities, but he maintains he will not resign.

Farai Chideya talks with M.L. Elrick, a reporter for the Detroit Free Press about details in the case.
