When banks foreclose on homes, they are faced with the problem of selling them as quickly as possible. Many banks hire auctioneers to find buyers. Rick Crossley travels from courthouse to courthouse in Northern Virginia in search of eager buyers. He talks with Liane Hansen about the current financial climate.
