Rep. Frank Proposes Help for Mortgage Holders

Congress is giving its full attention to dealing with the economic effects of rising foreclosures across the country. But how to address the problem and who should pay for it are still up for debate.

Renee Montagne talks to Democratic U.S. Rep. Barney Frank about his legislation to help homeowners with subprime mortgages.

The Massachusetts representative is chairman of the House Financial Services Committee. His proposal is aimed at helping mortgage holders.
