Assessing Iraq's Security Forces

The top U.S. commander in Iraq, Gen. David Petraeus, emphasized the growth of Iraq's security forces in his opening statement to a House committee Wednesday. Steve Inskeep talks to Bing West, a former assistant secretary of defense under President Reagan, about assessing the Iraqi security forces. West has been visiting Iraq since the start of the war.
