Retailers Fined $4M for Improper Labels on TVs
Wal-Mart, Best Buy and other retailers have been fined for not properly labeling analog TV sets that they sell. Customers weren't warned that the sets will need a converter box to work properly after the switch to digital broadcasting next year.
The Federal Communications Commission fined the companies a total of nearly $4 million.
