New PAC Rallies Pro-Israel Jews for Mideast Peace

A pro-Israel lobby and political action committee launches Tuesday in Washington. Organizers of the group — J Street — say they want to show that there is support in the American Jewish community for a stronger push for peace in the Middle East. The group is starting small but has big ambitions to try to represent other voices in the Jewish community.
