The Supreme Court upheld Kentucky's use of execution by lethal injection Tuesday. They also heard arguments about use of the death penalty for child rapists in Louisiana. Alex Chadwick talks with Slate.com's legal analyst Dahlia Lithwick about the death penalty cases.
