Argentina's President Pulls Gender Card

Argentina President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner marked her first 100 days in office last week by saying that no other government has been so harshly criticized, implying it's because she's a woman. Critics call her handling of the country's economic and agricultural problems inflexible and arrogant. Supporters call it appropriately tough.
