Bush Cites Differences Between Iraq, N. Korea

Addressing looming crises in Iraq and North Korea, President Bush says the two problems require different approaches. He reiterates that steps will be taken to "disarm" Iraq if necessary, but he calls for diplomacy to resolve issues over North Korea's renewed nuclear weapons program. NPR's Don Gonyea reports.
