How Important are the Pa. Suburbs?

Close, statewide races are historically decided in suburbs, according to political scientist John Kennedy. On the eve of the Pennsylvania primary, reporter Joel Rose heads out to the Philadelphia suburbs with Kennedy to talk with voters.
