Former President Jimmy Carter faces criticism for meeting with top Hamas leaders recently who are considered terrorists by the U.S. government. Robert Malley, director of the International Crisis Group's Middle East and North Africa program, talks with Renee Montagne about the Palestinian militant group and Carter's response to the criticism.
