Smart Car Comes to the United States

Smart cars, known for their diminutive size, have been available in Europe for years. Now, Daimler-Chrysler has decided to make them available in the United States, beginning next year. We take a look at their fuel efficiency and safety, and discuss who is likely to buy them.
