Village in Guam Holds Democratic Caucus

Guam officially holds its caucuses on May 3, but the village of Inarajan, facing a conflict with a festival next week, caucuses Saturday. Joe Chargualaf, the chairman of the Democratic nominating committee there, talks with Andrea Seabrook.
