Willie Nelson, Live from the 'Fresh Air' Studios

April 30, 2008 - Our celebration of Willie Nelson's 75th birthday continues with an excerpt from a 1996 performance and interview with the outlaw-country legend.

He and his timeworn Martin guitar joined us that year in our studios for a wide-ranging conversation and a solo acoustic set that included "Amazing Grace," the autobiographical "Family Bible" and the country-crossover hit "Crazy," which Patsy Cline turned into the biggest jukebox hit of all time.

(You can hear the complete interview and performance on this page.)
