More Economic Stimulus

President Bush will make the case for his $300 billion economic stimulus package next week. The centerpiece will be a proposal to slash taxes on dividends. It's hoped the package of tax cuts will boost the economy and shore up investor confidence. But critics say it will primarily benefit rich taxpayers. NPR's Scott Horsley speaks with host Robert Siegel.
