Congress Returns to Crowded Agenda

Possible war with Iraq, relations with North Korea, the economy and tax cuts are among the big issues facing lawmakers as the 108th Congress convenes this week. And, the Senate is under new leadership. NPR's Liane Hansen speaks with Janet Hook, congressional correspondent for The Los Angeles Times.
