The Chinese government is in "full-out mobilization mode" in response to the 7.8-magnitude earthquake in the country's Sichuan province. NPR's Anthony Kuhn tells Madeleine Brand that the country's premier has flown to the area and that teams of rescue workers are assembling in Beijing.
