Sen. Barack Obama campaigns in Cape Girardeau, Mo., staying far away from the scene of his loss in Tuesday's West Virginia Democratic primary. The Obama camp is pointing toward a fall matchup with the presumptive Republican nominee, Sen. John McCain.
