Report Reveals Sexual Abuse by Aid Workers

A report released Tuesday alleges widespread sexual abuse of children by aid workers in war-torn and poverty-ridden countries across the world. David Mepham, director of policy for Save the Children U.K., discusses the findings with Alex Chadwick.
