India Tests Nuclear-Capable Missile

India tests a surface-to-surface ballistic missile that can be fitted with a nuclear warhead. The test follows a sharp exchange between India and nuclear rival Pakistan, who are locked in an ongoing dispute over the border region of Kashmir. Hear NPR's Ivan Watson.
