Democrats Agree to Compromise on Delegates

After an all-day meeting in Washington on Saturday, the Democratic National Committee's Rules and Bylaws Committee agrees to seat Michigan's and Florida's delegates, but to give them only half-votes at the convention this summer.

The states violated party rules when they moved their primaries up, so their delegates had been barred from the convention.
