Guantanamo Detainee to Face Sentencing

The United States military says Guantanamo Bay detainee David Hicks will probably be sentenced this week. Hicks, an Australian, pleaded guilty Monday before a military tribunal to charges of providing material support for terrorism.

Madeleine Brand discusses the case with Michael Ratner, head of the Center for Constitutional Rights. He has represented Hicks during his jailing by the U.S.
