Young Moroccans Bypass Mainstream Media
When protesters in a southern Moroccan town clashed with security forces, there was very little coverage from the two state-run television stations. But amateur video posted on YouTube showed what the official media would not. Young Moroccans say in some ways, the Web is leaving the traditional media behind — although they don't trust everything they see.
