Barack Obama Outlines Iraq Plan

Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama outlined his plans for Iraq this morning. Alex Chadwick speaks with Slate.com's Chief Political Correspondent, John Dickerson, about the speech. They also compare Obama's plan with that of presumptive Republican nominee John McCain.
