This week's issue of Time magazine pays tribute to revered leader Nelson Mandela with its cover story, "Mandela at 90: The Secrets of Leadership."

Managing Editor Richard Stengel, who wrote the piece — and spent over a year in South Africa working with Mandela on his autobiography, Long Walk to Freedom — talks about the political icon and Mandela's lessons of leadership.
