Is The U.S. Softening On Iran?

Undersecretary of State William Burns will participate in talks between the E.U. and Iran aimed at ending the Iranian uranium enrichment program this weekend. The State Department says Burns will not negotiate, but his presence in the room is a change in the Bush Administration's policy. Alex Chadwick talks with diplomatic correspondent Mike Shuster about the Geneva meeting.
