Former Bosnian Serb president Radovan Karadzic stands before the war crimes tribunal in The Hague on Thursday. Deborah Amos talks with Richard Goldstone — a former U.N. war crimes prosecutor who filed genocide charges against Karadzic back in 1995 — about the Bosnian genocide and the charges Karadzic faces.
