Victor Cha, an Asian studies expert at Georgetown University, talks about China's attempts to change its image ahead of the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. Cha says that while China's domestic human rights record has not changed much, its stance toward the Sudanese government has changed substantially in the past year. Cha talks with Steve Inskeep.
