Iraq - Congress

NPR's David Welna reports senators from both parties are insisting on a well-reasoned argument from President Bush on the need for an attack on Iraq. Some Republican loyalists, however, say Congress should trust the president to make the best decision for the country, and that Bush will use his State of the Union address next week to make his case for military action against Saddam Hussein.
