In the last of a three-part discussion with realtors across the country, Jeff Updike, who specializes in residential real estate in Dallas, says the number of home sales there is down, but prices are up. Updike talks with Renee Montagne about the market in Dallas, where the economy has fended off the worst of the housing downturn.
