West Wary As Russia Says It Will Begin Pullout
Despite a cease-fire agreement and intense international pressure, Russian tanks and troops are still in Georgia.
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev says he'll begin to withdraw forces Monday. The Russian Army will stay in parts of South Ossetia, the breakaway region at the heart of the fight.
The West is watching warily.
"The word of the Russian president needs to be upheld by his forces. People are going to begin to wonder if Russia can be trusted," U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said Sunday on NBC's Meet the Press.
