A decidedly non-scientific study by the bargain fare Web site Airfare Watchdog.com shows overwhelming support for establishing a separate section on airplanes for parents with babies and small children. The Web site's creator, George Hobica, discusses the feasibility of such an idea with Alex Cohen.
