The growing racial and ethnic diversity of America has encouraged publishers to start magazines that address a new, multicultural generation of readers.

In a special edition of Magazine Mavens, the creative forces behind three such publications discuss their vision. The program talks to Lori Robinson, of Vida AfroLatina, which covers stories and issues important to women of African and Latin heritage; Christopher Windham, of Human Nature, a multi-cultural news magazine and Navdeep Kathuria, of ABCD Lady, a publication tailored to South Asian-American women.
