Sec. of State Condoleezza Rice made a surprise visit to Iraq Thursday. While there, she worked with senior Iraqi officials to draft plans to pull out U.S. troops. Alex Chadwick talks to Gina Chon, the Wall Street Journal's Iraq correspondent, about the negotiations.
