Continuing our look ahead to Tuesday's State of the Union address, host Steve Inskeep speaks to Michigan Sen. Carl Levin. Levin is the ranking Democrat on the Armed Services Committee, and believes that the president still needs to convince the American public that a war in Iraq is necessary.
