White House Awaits Security Council Report on Iraq

U.N. weapons inspectors will report to the Security Council on what they found during two months of inspections in Iraq. Secretary of State Colin Powell suggests the United States will enforce the U.N. resolution for Iraq to disarm, with or without Security Council approval. NPR's Vicky O'Hara reports.
