Host Michele Norris talks with NPR's Anne Garrels in Baghdad about Iraq's reaction to the latest report from U.N. weapons inspectors. Iraq continues to insist it no longer has any nuclear, biological or chemical weapons. Some Iraqi officials say they are certain of a U.S. attack no matter what the Inspectors say.
