GOP Officials Juggle Change In Convention Plans

Hurricane Gustav's impact is being felt well beyond the Gulf Coast. St. Paul, Minn., is at the eye of the political storm as the host of the Republican National Convention. The first day's political festivities have already been curtailed as the candidates' focus shifts southward.
