IRS Commissioner: Pay Your Taxes
Americans have two extra days to file their income tax returns this year. Internal Revenue Service Commissioner Mark Everson speaks with Scott Simon, and offers some tips for taxpayers. Tip No. 1 is to pay your taxes, even if you file for an extension on submitting your return.
