World Leaders Offer Spectrum of Opinion on Iraq

World leaders react to weapons inspectors' reports to the U.N. Security Council on Iraq's weaponry. A French official says inspectors need more time, and Germany says the report doesn't give license to attack Iraq. The strongest reaction comes from Britain. NPR's Guy Raz reports.
